That should work, or use Loctite refrigeration grade 554 and you’re not putting it on the threads you’re putting it on the flares themselves. Or use these flare tight seals they work great

12v power at the cig lighter socket on passenger side of console.
That's the one I was using originally, I ran wires from old location while in there. I also moved the obd2 port so no one can fool around with it but me.

I added two bus bars, one negative and one positive. I was trying to daisy chain too much shit for the KC drag valve and 3-way bypass. Now I have 12v DC and ground ports to expand. Everything is in cleanup phase but I did get the buttons in the spot I wanted them in and have everything work as normal.

The gps module is from a rl360, its a pretty advanced radar setup. Wonder if they were doing speed runs in this car.

That looks like the remote antenna from a GTech Pro GPS unit. Did it have a connector on the other end?
its from a rl360, all i know is those systems are serious serious enough that he drilled the leds into the fucking instrument cluster.

Some parts have arrived, new TXV valve from kinaid. So that's no there now. New bumper mounts as well.

Need help locating the plastic sliders, passenger seat needs to go back in.

dodge doesnt sell these individually, they want you to buy the whole bottom. If anyone has these pleae let me know. These shim in between the sliders and the seat rails.

Where are the attachment points for the tank? The engineer in me worries about metal fatigue from vibration.
As time went on with heat cycle and passes the tank began to develop a cant onto the fuel rails. This is a safety no no, fuel rails and fuel are were I draw the line on the car. So the guy that came to view it today and drove it with his wife, didn't wind up taking it. Wife did not enjoy the ride. Oh well, hopefully someone else bites. In the meantime I decided to fab up a mount for underneath the tank.

Well thats a wrap, even with the extra fittings and fucking around there is no other place for me to put the drag valve. Power steering lines (2015 was the only year with real steering), the transmission cooler lines and a lacknof space with the JLT box in space. One bonus the already cut line was ready to go. One improvement was routing the line here:

Scheduled an AC recharge this weekend and hope the nylog blue on the flanges works.

If snot,, there are adapters that will work fine. In the pics, saw alot of familiar Stuff I have used in the low voltage A/C industry. Even the pipe insulation. Owned both businesses. Amonst others.

Car is a fucking turd and I want to insurance job it. Pass one and pass two, blew the tires off. x275 is a bunch of liars. How they get a car to launch on a 275 is beyond me (It could also be the track prep). Pass three, the throttle was sucking in so much fucking air I pulled the snorkel into my intake, the throttle said I'm out and closed and the car shut down mid pass. Coasted to a 9.99... Fuck me. Fourth run car was okay still spun and fifth run still spun. 275/60r15 ain't big enough imo.

Things I noticed in the logs. My desired airflow is exceeding the ETC airflow tables, the system may be like bro, we can't get there, lemme shut off. I noticed that my fuel pressure is dropping, I have no idead why where it is good on some runs and then drops on others. Fore fuel pumps with dual modules from OST. Do I need to move to a different fuel rail? Do I need a third pump?

The tires situation pisses me off. Can't find a ET Street Radial Pro in 275/60r15 and then the 315/60r15 (if available) would take me out of 275 racing that requires a 28" tall tire. How do these cars launch on these things? At most I was leaving at 1500 rpm.... makes no sense.

Attached are the logs from the day, the trans is also doing it's 1-3 bullshit on certain passes too... I think I'm done racing and with this car till September. I'd rather drive my Ram 1500 everywhere, at least I get enjoyment out of that car. The car is also on consignment too. Local dealer is marketing it as racecar for 70k and has quite a few people interested. I would take 65k of that after their cut.

Just at idle my injector duty cycle is from 40-50%, does that seem normal for E85?

I'd add fuel pump duty cycle % to your logs. Your desired fuel pressure was 80 but actual was 70. If fuel pump DC is 89% they're maxed. Injector DC was 82% so wasn't maxed but getting close.
A 2.70, 10% overdrive and a hellacious kong blower setup might just be too much for 1300idx injectors. I do not want to change injectors or fuel pumps. I dont have the stomach for it. I worked with my personal “sponsor” and he gave me a great deal on a 2.85. Ill reset the injector data and do some driving at non wot and then get some track data. Also Capitol is out for me, the prep just isnt the greatest right now and I need good prep so Cecil or MIR it is. I saw 23 PSI. No slip, legit. Im on the virge of making a window so time to tone it down. This is unless someone wants to donate a triple pump or injectors to my cause. 😭
