Install tutorial starts right now. Step 1 remove the lower temperature radiator.

Step 2 install support brackets for chiller. Tools required: 8mm, 10mm and 13mm sockets or wrenches. Swearing optional. Start with the smaller bracket, leave some what loose til final tightening sequence.

Attach cross bracket, take note of logo placement and holes the bolts are placed in.

My tightening sequence was rear bolt, front bolt, connector bolt. Attach chiller brick from below and start the middle nut.

the rear nut was the biggest pain in the ass to get started and tight. This is where swearing is recommended. I created a new one: dildo-headed-cock-fucker.

Does the LTR go back in?
No, permanently gone. The IC system is an always on system. With the KC I could have gone this route as well but choose not to. I regret that decision, it was like trying to stuff 20 lbs of shit in a 5lb bag with the limited room.

Did one final sanity check to make sure the AC fittings would get past the pump.

Hope this helps anyone from having a fitment issue. Moved onto the 3 way bypass. Since IC Chiller is always on the default is to send it right back to the pump. However for winter driving the IC system reverses the main SC condensers flow naturally it is exiting here but we are changing that.

I will for sure be changing to Soft lines on mine to make it more direct and less routing the next time I have it apart for anything.

Some progress, trials and tribulations. First off Fuck Dodge in all holes with dirty syringes. This hose is from the back of the coolant pump.

It necks from 1" to 7/8 instead of 3/4. Trying to get a pushlock to work was insanity. Solution was this hose.

Use a 1" to 3/4 reducer and a 3/4 hose elbow.
Them on the 3 way great progress with the 150* fitting.

28 footer is still a bit short. I would recommend a 34' triaxle.
