Eventually, but by the time they catch on the service has already moved on with a different name. It's a cay and mouse game and if you think Twitter numbers are grossly inflated it's nearly as bad on YouTube. Think about it, at this point 41,000 viewers would get you a prime time sitcom on network TV.
