So Dodge manufactures non-CA compliant vehicles? I had no idea…I always thought all OEM mainstream manufacturers were
50 state compliant.

I’ve seen a few of this guys videos when I was shopping. He’s definitely not the worst having to skip over those videos that entailed donuts in rush hour traffic. If I remember correctly…his wife seemed pretty well put together.

This is why I posted this wondering how factual this guy is and as mentioned what’s the new CA law in Hellcats and or is it more you have to order a Hellcat from a Ca dealer that requires some other certification. Which I would guess that’s the real story this guy didn’t understand new has to be purchased from a Ca dealer.
