Painting my D5 rims to mimic the stock color. Before and after.
Wow, those gray painted D5s look awesome!!! It really brings out the lines / design of the wheels. It accentuates the size of the windows. That all but disappears with the black centers. Really cool!

How about some pics of them on the car?

Looks good, I've been thinking about painting mine or having them powder coated.
What paint did you use ?... do you have any tips for doing them ?

Thanks. Will do, once it's warm enough to run them. I'm pleased with the new look as well. Having the shiny rims didn't fit with the rest of the car.

2019 Challenger Hellcat Redeye
I painted them black first, as it was self priming. Then used the graphite color. I went back and forth with black and graphite until I was happy. Then clear coated. It seems to be durable, but only time will tell. I was going to get them powder coated but figured this was worth a try.
