Just redid lines to have more room for plug changes and it look cleaner. Will get some thin vibrant heat wrap. Does anyone know the part number for that stuff?

I see you chose to make sure that low side suction line & T block were placed differently based on my experience. Lol.

Mine is about 1-2" further toward the firewall from the looks of it and the metal portion with the female screw on fitting is positioned such that the rubber hose made significant contact with the head/valve cover mating surface which is what caused it to loosen up.

Good work man!

Thanks! yep, I had to unscrew the very tight fitting to the compressor, swing it in, mount, indexed with marker, took it off compressor, and then tightened it with AN wrench and adjustable wrench holding fitting. I redid them last night, the lines have play in them but very minimal. I tightened everything really well, we shall see

@fubar569 if you mount the hose as it comes (screw on fitting already really tight to cnc compressor fitting), it mounts like this, which is no bueno. So I took it off, cracked it loose, fit back on, hand tighten, index with marker (I swung it in closer to block/compressor) took off and tightened

Also, stock 1234yf, as it should be. Zero leaks. Expecting the compressor to live a long time

All I can say is wow, idle for 5 mins. Supercharger is cold. As everyone knows, with older hellcats the gauges are flipped. I/c coolant temp is actually IAT, and IAT is actually I/c coolant temp. So 26* coolant temp. Once you get on the car a bit or wot IATs plunge. They’re still below ambient at idle (which is awesome!) but they plunge more when you have more air flowing over the supercharger bricks

28.5-29 because the car calls for 25 stock. 1234yf. I guess I crimped and lubed all my rings good, zero leaks or issues held vacuum from a machine for an hour

AC guy said expansion valve was working great. I can’t believe how quickly it gets cold, then again with all my hoses (stock tank) only took about 1.5 gallons of fluid when filling

My suction line is right up against my radiator overflow hope it’s ok like that. I bet it would get cooler if it wasn’t and I had it insulated

@Unholy707 hose for the Suction side from firewall is little longer due to different setup. We were reported that JLT required little different routing. So, make it little longer and let the customer cut it.

let me talk to Charlie and make a note that we put that somewhere in our documentation so the customer knows that they can cut that hose if needed.

Thank you so much for your feedback

Standard hellcats got 22oz from the factory as far as we know. We have found sweet spot between 27.5-29 on the stock blower cars.

What’s your pulley combo?
