It's the Napierville Race team car. Possibly the quickest 4cyl out there. At least it is in the classes they race in.

These intakes are a great supporting mods . If you are looking for huge gains this ain't it . I'm sorry but after a certain point the stock air box will not flow enough volume. That "point" will 'be different for everyone.

at least it will look good
I agree , at stock boost a cai is not going to do a lot until you turn it up, I don't want to turn up the boost , but a open box cai does sound & look good ! I think the AFe looks similar to the RE but without the ram air hood.

I was going through some logs last night and found something interesting....... On a side note I did screw up the channels some how all the logs were done with some basic default or something because it's not my normal channel lay with all my channels I usually have . There is still lots of data in there though .
One of the logs from a cool down and LMI my " intake air temperature " started at 118F and by the end of the track it was at 91F ....... The ambient air temp was 90F on that pass . The JLT is very similar . I use hp tuners and if any one wants a copy to look at it for themselves pm me your email address .

2 things you will also notice in the logs are NO knock and I only made 15-15.5 psi of boost due to the Crap weather . I was down 1-1.5 psi.

HPINDY do you have the bouble bypass for the burnbox in your trunk ?? the reason I asked is you said your channels were not right on the logs ,,mine was acting up like that and sometimes wouldn't even log properly ,also loading the tunes was taking like 10 minutes to load ,then a couple of weekends ago my battery was dead then later my brother came in and said my dash lights were staying on ,,I disconnected the burnbox at the double bypass and it fixed everything ,the tunes now load fast and the logging isn't screwed up anymore

just food for thought ,I don't know whats wrong with the burnbox as there isn't any updates for it

Yes as a matter of fact I do . I have only ever had an issue once a while back with the tazer but has been working pretty good so far. But you know I did have issues this weekend with traction control coming on in the burnout and such. I will have to look into this now .
Thank for the heads up!

Seems they sometimes need a reset. My car wouldn't take a tune one time until I unplugged the Burnbox.

Wait, did I read that right? You ordered in 2017 and picked up in 2019?!

Ok I'm just going to come out and say it ...... While running down the drag strip I really did enjoy watching the demons shrink away in my mirrors . Lol
Yes I said that
