I will imagine that little guy likes cars? Good pictures Eric.
Oh more than you know! I told him once the redeye is paid off we can start to turn it into a race car so he is always talking about that :) Of course they will probably find a way to outlaw that in the near future...

Share what you did today with the Hellcat community!

  • Example: I washed and waxed my car today.
  • Example: I ordered some new parts for my Hellcat.
  • Example: I tinted the windows on my car.
I installed the UPR oil catch can on my 24 Hellcat Durango. I have had them in the past on other cars. This time I upgraded to the bigger one they sell. They said the bigger unit actually does a better job. Very nice quality and no problems encountered. Theres plenty of room between the unit and the hood vent when everything is closed up!

Put more Star Tron in the tank to counteract the 9-month old gas. Yay indeed.

Used star tron for many years, mainly during winters on my boat, never let me down.

I had no problems using StaBil, but once I became aware of and started using Star Tron, that's a whole different level.

My 200-gallon storage tank used to be good for two years, max, now who knows. Revived some 6-year old gas in (airtight) cans with it. Can't recommend or praise it enough.

Having fun. Trying to decide to wrap hood again or get it painted.

Are you saying that your 'hood isn't mostly black already?

Got home from Phoenix yesterday to find this in the garage. Guess what I’m at the tire shop right now - I mean damn I feel like every 6 months I have something like this happen!

This one looks like it’s close to the middle and should be easily pluggable

You really should invest in a Safety Seal kit. And also get a set of the Slim plugs, they are a much better fit for small punctures.

Never heard of a safety seal kit? As far as the plugs, don't know what Discount Tire uses but fortunately this latest puncture looked to be from a small construction crew and was not a big break.

I've used those for decades now and always had good luck with them. I do carry an EM spare, but if at all possible I'll go for the plugs first. It's much quicker.

Have fixed everything from a slashed sidewall (it took quite a few to seal up the 4" gash) to a small nail hole on a practically new 911 Turbo S.

Needless to say, that tire with the sidewall fix was relegated to spare tire duty, but it did hold air.

We're quite fortunate. Our Challengers have all come with painted hoods from the factory.

So is mine. This is an aftermarket hood
