I am 36 and a millennial unfortunately. I hate being grouped in with millennials. I would never buy a electric car ever. Take a look at the cars I have owned and cars I own in my signature.
I'm a big car guy as anybody on here but you can't deny what tesla is doing with autonomous driving, if somebody commutes in heavy traffic areas like LA, bay area, NY there comes a point in time when stuff like adaptive cruise control is a lifesaver, kinda disappointing how the hellcats aren't getting the full treatment. But I can see the allure of tesla, everything else is bs, the not paying gas is a false narrative, your electric cost is pretty much baked into the selling price.
The sound, feel of the tesla doesn't bother me so much as the actual blandness of the exterior styling, which is fine for a commuter I guess.
