Been riding dirt bikes for 40 years and my buddy talked me into getting a electric scooter for just cruising around the neighbor hood. Of course I had to research and get one of the fastest ones in the world!! It does 60 and has a 50 mile range lol. It's actually fun and very stable. Battery technology is getting crazy.

Taking delivery of a 2018 KTM Super Adventure R, on the 25th (At least that's the scheduled delivery date. It's been delayed once, already).

Any adventure bike riders, here? What mods does your bike sport?

I plan on sending all the suspension to Moto-Lab,for a 2" drop and re-valve. While that's in the works, imma order a Saddlemen Track Low seat.

I'm not a 6' 6" Nordic god, with a 38" inseam, so every bit will help. Besides, this bike has like a 14" clearance, so I'm not worried about lowering issues. Plus, I only plan on overlanding, with it. Not a trials rock climbing guy.

Last night, I sourced an aux light kit, made up of two 4" amber spots and a 7" flood, with a relay and waterproof handlebar switch. This is a CANBUS bike, so I decided to build a stand alone light kit. CANBUS controllers, for this kit, run $250 and up. No thanks.

Modding became an addiction, when I bought my 6.1 Charger, in '06. Of course I HAVE to tinker, with the bike. LOL

Camel ADV makes a tank that fits between frame and pannier bracket. Like 1.9 litres of fuel and pipes into the tank. Not sure if they make it for your bike, but I think rotopax does.
