Converse with a guy running a test set of the new bolt less style DSS axles for about a year now, pounds on them hard, no issues from them so far. Know another guy who just bought a pair but hasn’t run them yet, his GForce Outlaws didn’t last one event before twisting them off. Know of 3 other guys denied warranty repair on new GForce Outlaw Axles for twisted splines and bars. GForce has changed their warranty policy on some of their products. Cost to repair almost $1800, only reusable parts where the outer hubs, he was told “We’ll make you a deal on a new set, $1800”. He was left with little choice but to buy them, going to flip them, and try the new bolt less DSS style himself too. There’s something up with the latest GForce stuff, I’m paranoid of taking my cat to the track in May and running my 315/50-17 MT Street R’s in fear of breaking a GForce Outlaw axle. I don’t have $2300 for a replacement set atm.
This one of the other guys, just starting to go, only 2 weeks old
Are you meaning axles are brand new and GForce will replace with new if they are broken? If yes, Better check with them on that, they have denied warranty on the Outlaw Axles with a few guys I know that are having issues with them twisting and breaking
This is what company’s that retail GForce axles advertise
Search Gforce1320’s website and this is what you’ll find, no mention of “lifetime warranty” any longer. Call them and see what they tell you when you have a broken axle, NOT before you buy them, AFTER you buy them and break one.
I wish it wasn’t true as I have them myself. They warranty rebuilt them once as at time of purchase they themselves still advertised lifetime warranty on their site, and my stubs where undersize and under their own go-no go limits but I highly doubt they will honor it again, especially if it’s from twisting one off or just twisted splines, they say it’s from abuse beyond design limits.
Yes, they do, but their warranty has changed, see screen shots taken from their websites verses those that have them for sale on their websites. retailers have yet to change their advertising to match what the mfg is supporting and it’s just not right. It’s about the same place Whipple is going to be in soon rebuilding superchargers people are spinning to the moon to make big boost, their not lasting long doing such and no company can stay in business rebuilding a 7k supercharger 2-3-4 times in a years warranty period and paying the dry charges back and forth 2-3-4 times at $100 each direction.

That’s not on their website any longer, they don’t mention anything about warranty on them except this
The other stuff about lifetime warranty is what it used to be and internet searches about their axles becomes misleading and make one think their warrantied for life, which their not warranted much at all, if any, any longer.

I used the same angle with my Discover card and will keep doing such as i too have screen shots from their own website saying lifetime warranty but they changed their name since then to GForce1320 so it may not hold ground any longer. Interested to see what vendors such as HHP, Beefcake, etc are going to do when customers who really use them for their intended and advertised purchases do when they break them. 50%or more of their sales probably goes to guys that just have them for bragging rights not putting them to the task so they’ll never break them. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Just FYI, Z is one of the guys running DSS’s new design axle, that looks just like the original hellcat axles but made of better material. So far he hasn’t broke one yet either and he’s putting down a good amount of steam.
