I had to test the drag radials before the Legion event

Cost was $2100. I got a Redeye shaft though and had them do an alignment. It was pulling a little to the left

Redeye shaft overnighted from Eastcoastmoparts - $1035

New front head shield - $145

Alignment - $300

Labor - $600

Shop supplies, tax and misc to repair the rear heat shield - $50

I paid out of pocket to get the car fixed since it has been at the dealer for 40 days. I picked it up today but will continue to fight with them. If they decide to cover it i will ask them for a refund.

i guarantee they lied to you. Dealer tried doing that with me. Call dodge and see if they filed a warranty claim. I bet they didn’t.

$600 is nuts for a driveshaft. 1.5 hour job max

I paid $250 local performance shop before I had my quick jacks to put my redeye shaft in and remove my vibrating dss one. That sucks dude I’m sorry you got hosed.

Hosed wouldve been if i paid for the stock replacement from them. They wanted $1400 plus tax for a stock 717 shaft

Yes, they filed a warranty claim. Patrick was my original cust service rep that denied it. He left me a message saying denied due to outside influence. I called back and said thats bs as the car is stock. They reopened the case and assigned it to a supervisor. I have yet to hear from a supervisor. Every time i call they send me to their voicemail and a message comes on saying they cant accept messages at this time then hangs up on me.

I have contacted Dodge Cares and never got a reply from them either.

The case is still open
