Me either, besides they still owe me a car to replace the POS FIrebird I bought in '77 that came rusty from the factory, then spent more time @ the dealer (who pretended to fix all the shit that was wrong) over the next 9 months than in my driveway. Dumped it after a few years at a huge loss just to get the damn POS out of my life 
Have not even looked at a GM product since then & never will.

Wow...my wife wanted the same two DD's...she didn't get either...we just upgraded her dd six wks ago.. new Genesis... unbelievable warrantee 100000 power train...and 3yr 36 month full sevice warrantee..oil change brakes..wipers everything...I have yet to even sit in it... her last DD BMW ht convert..absolute Junk...

He knew he was in Mopar company. It was two of the only and certainly the two highest powered Mopars he could have seen. Both with fairly experienced drivers, and good rubber. He had to wave the black Redeye by on the main straight just before, and really should have allowed me past also. My guess is that he was less experienced at driving and probably lifted when I went by which made it look worse.
My mods don’t really matter for acceleration except to aid in getting on the power quicker in the corner; watch the video, it was a simple roll by any other name entering a straight. My mods are 100% suspension, rubber, wheels and brakes. None of that is involved in acceleration. We both were wearing Cup 2 tires however. So the playing field was fairly level? We don’t see a high powered Mopar spinning? It shows what torque does for us is what I believe. That base C8 engine lacks low end torque, and he may have got caught in a bad spot and conversely the Mopar was in its sweet spot.
I still want a Z06 and remain on a list with a dealer who IS NOT CRIMINAL.

Well, like an elephant, I don't forget or forgive those who screw me over !!
Besides, worked for them in various groups back in the mid to late 80's (Tech Center in Warren, Chevy Engineering, Truck & Bus). Being in the belly of the beast & seeing (literally) how they bolt things together & make quality/build decisions only strengthened my resolve to never own one of their POS vehicles again. I drove a Daytona Turbo, an Omni GLH, a Magnum & a Volvo 760 in the years I worked there - much to their dismay
My brother & his GF were big Vet ppl between 1990 - 2010 and every one of them was a huge turd. The attitude of the dealer service ppl was an even bigger pile of shit, further reinforcing my opinion that nothing had really changed since they belched out my '77 abortion that could not be repaired.
Like I said, in my head, fuckers still owe me a car ! I know I will never get it but I will continue to vote with my wallet & never buy from them again + do my best to deter others from doing business with them as long as I draw breath.
