Feb. 28th end of submission, winner picked in April.

It's a process. Cutoff is 10,000 submissions and they'll pick 10 out of those 10,000 (assuming they get that many).

Then those 10 fly to AZ for in person interviews which will lead to 5. Then those 5 do a "screen test" and a driving school if I understand it right. After that a final winner is chosen.
