Trust me , I about crapped when I stopped by to see the progress and he had the inside door panels off, door glass out, mirrors and door handles off 😮 , but when finished it was all put back together perfectly. Doing that allowed him to tuck the wrap around all the edges so it looks factory.

that's the only way to do it right...unless yer a hack

Really nice. How long you plan on leaving it? I wanted to carbon fiber wrap on mine but worried about how long I can leave it wrapped

Depends on where you park it, I’ve had wrap on hood trunk and roof for a few years now

Thanks, The installer said I should be able to get a good 3 yrs out of it. We have all four seasons here and winter is prolly the worst for the “wear”part of the wrap.

Wait till ya see what a pain in the ass a weathered wrap is (and costly) to remove...

How much did it cost? And will the next wrap cost more because he has to take the old stuff off first? Wrap sucks to get off

The wrap was $2800. I didn’t ask about take off when it comes time, but he’s reasonable.

You did good...(especially if he does quality work)...a little tip as far as longevity of ANY wrap...(regardless of manufacturer)...try and limit exposure to direct sunlight as much as reasonably possible...UV rays are a killer...best to garage it whenever not in use..

7...(none wrapped)..but three have satin paint treatments...none have seen the light of day yet this year....(but they all will get their turn)...AND THEY ALL RUN...(they're not leggos)...and there isn't a sledge hammer in sight.....(I have other hobbies)

That's correct...I also give advice to the restaurant and baking industry (I've owned a consulting firm since "2004")...yet I own neither...anything else you would like to know
