When I first started driving gas was .89 cents a gallon for 87 octane. It was that same exact price at every station all the way to when I was in college. Somewhere in the mid 90s I remember the price started to move around and started going up. What changed?
I personally think an item as critical as fuel shouldn't have its price dictated by jumpy investors.
