Well, my thoughts are

1. TRX
2. Durango Hellcat
3. Charger Redeye
4. Challenger ACR

1 and 2 are a given at this point. I'm sure Dodge will surprise us with something, but I'm not expecting much at this point. Hopefully I'll be wrong and Dodge will show us something worth getting excited about. It would be awesome to see the viper comeback with a Demon engine, and an A8 transmission. Likely like all vipers though, way out of my budget range lol.

Obviously 9 Helliphants. The Wrangler Rubi-phant is detuned to 950, stick the other 8 where you'd like them.

I am psyched to see what they serve up and hope not to be disappointed...or, hope to be disappointed so I am not tempted to spend again!

I think the Demon hood is going to be available and I am adamant about the 900HP. I mean come on we have 840 and your telling me another 60hp breaks the bank.

No way. Not until the last model year of this platform. Thats how they’ll go out but not yet. Even then - 900? Nah.

I’m guessing the trx is a trx, Durango has a 392 badge and what appears to be a demon is without a badge🤔 I wonder if this is some kind of publicity stunt, I’m mean what are the chances that these three vehicles ride by while someone has their camera ready? Regardless I’m excited

What ever happened to the theory the 426 motor was replacing the 392?

The 426 is dead.....at least what was reported from the Ram sleuths. Those leaks started February 2019 that the 426 could be dead. RS was rarely wrong in his info before being gagged stated the 426 was a go for 2020. I think the 426 isn't happening and the Hellephant was a result of the R&D used to invest in the engine program.

Anything RAM related, will not or should not be included in a Dodge event. They separated 10 years ago now!!!! Talk of a TRX debut at a Dodge event would be weird but i guess its possible. Just not holding my breath on it. That is RAM's big news and i think they want their own show.

Durango Hellcat and Charger Redeye seem to be the new flavors.
I could see more Demon tricks like the transbrake and suspension settings coming but the drag radials and 100 octane tune stick with the Demon. Makes you wonder how many would be up in arms if the RE did get a "1320 package" and it basically was the Demon minus the crate option. If you think about it, Dodge has used everything on the Demon except for the 100 octane tune and hood between the RE and 1320.

I think it is subjected to emissions and crash standards etc. Gets expensive unless other cars are getting it. If the TRX is getting a Demon engine, then maybe a 900hp option is on the table but im not seeing this as an option. If they wanted to up the HP, sell the race gas tune and HO gas switch panel to RE's and let them have 840hp too. Put a price of $2500 on it and sell it through a Mopar catalog. The work is done why not capitalize?

I would have been interested in this from the start, when I bought my 19' Redeye. But for only a few extra hp, it's not worth it really imo. Still though some that have an extended warranty or just want a minimal upgrade with a warranty would consider this (If it doesn't void your warranty). It also might come in handy later down the road too for a two tune aftermarket setup.

Wish that was true! I felt Dodge needed to get rid of the aging 392 and give the middle range trim a good upgrade. I was hoping it would happen, and with forged internals too, like its competitors have. Instead their ideas of late seem to be in the form of hellcat engine in every body style.

5.7 bumped to 400 hp
V-6 bumped to 350 hp
Eco diesel put in cars/vans/suvs

Ram gets their own upgrades
Jeep gets their own upgrades
Chrysler gets their own upgrades

I feel this is more realistic due to emissions and the general public.

Only a few of us what crazy combos VS what the general public wants .
