Whenever my wife gets outta line...I remind her the ten bucks and can of beans she came into this relationship with 46 years ago ...is still on the shelf...she's welcome to them on the way out the door...It;s good for at least 5 minutes of laughter for both of us...

If you bought the same color and swapped the car out when she was not around you might be able to convince her you just had the hood replaced.

It has happened a couple of times, but the funniest was when I sold a vehicle (maybe six months after buying it) and that was the first time my girlfriend noticed it.
Always parked in plain sight, too.

In all fairness, that one was camo. On the other hand, the other five I still have are OD green or desert tan.

Pick another car or another gal,,, or get a cat like I did. Damn thing doesn't ask fer much and maintenance is very low. Piece of salmon once a week and you get a purr,, no fur. Find a cat that likes porno and you have a best friend.

FYI last year when I started looking at used Hellcats it was my wife that stepped in and said the only car I could consider would be a WBRE. She wanted white. We bought an Indigo.
