I'd have to swallow hard to buy a Miata. But if it was even remotely close to being a sleeper, I would probably consider it.
Good thing it's not, as swallowing may be part of Miata ownership from what I hear.

Random recollection, in college one of my professors was a Miata nut. My wife teaches at that college now and I saw him pull up and sure as shit he is still driving a Miata...newer model though.

Not my cup of tea personally, but much respect from one fellow enthusiast to another. Got to have passion or your not living IMHO.
