I start cardiac rehab in a few weeks. I think it's 36 sessions over 12 weeks. I'll let you know how it works out.

Maybe I'll jump tall buildings in a single bound again?

Wow...that's some serious (lengthy) rehab...never mind tall buildings...I wouldn't advise even jumpin outta yer truck....
