Well, I finally got a chance to put my car on a dyno today and I have to say I'm happy with the results. I have a pretty simple DIY setup on a 2015 m6 hc consisting of incognito lower, double pumps, afe intake and Dusterhoff ms109 tune. DA was 1130 and raining. She put down 751whp at 6350 rpm and 780whp at 6550rpm. 1st pull had the afe pre filter and rain guard, second pull was filter only. I've had this setup for 3 years and got the race gas tune last year. Pretty stoked to say the least👍

Wow those are some stout numbers geeez thats like 950 BHP. What tire u gonna run on the street? Gets sketchy at 800+ whp cause it will make more hp on the street.

I found when I hit 800 whp the MT SS or the Nitto 555R2's couldnt keep up..... Needed the street R's in a 17 inch.

Those were good to about 900 whp I found then id spin still slightly. Anything past that the Pro radial is best but that was on my Turbo Mustang never ran a 15 inch on the Challenger but guessing its similar.

Currently running the 555R2's. There only a few months old and I'm pretty happy with them. Sold my street Rs when I came to the conclusion (speaking for myself) drag racing an m6 is more or less like pissing in the wind lol. Seriously tho, felt it was hard on the car(trans) so I sold the mantic triple and tires and just decided to keep it a nice street car.

I think it's interesting the few hp and tq gain across the band from taking off the pre-filter and rain cover.

At that power level it takes around 20hp to go a tenth at the track so I always think about that. At my power level it could be 30hp so I have to think if it is worth spending X amount of money for X amount of hp. You are also not going to feel 10 or 20 hp.
I dont have a rain shield or sock on my filter and it does get wet. If you don't want yours to get wet the slight power loss will not be noticed

Didn't you go back to the O.E. clutch?

It's holding up ok?

Yes only have 600-700 miles since I went back but so far it’s great.

Did you literally go back to the pieces that came out of your car, or did you go with "new" O.E. parts?

No way, I got a new oem from mmx. The first one held up well too tho for 50k miles.

Right now I'm about 53K

New blower under warranty at 42K

Thanks Linda, I’m really happy with it. No track plans soon but if I do, I’ll just go with the stock clutch and nittos just for fun:)

Then you like the race tune for some Fassst Street Fun?

What tires do you use for Daily Driving?

Well, the original plan was for track use, but I've since changed gears. I prob be back with it someday.. For now I'm running 275 555G2s on front and 305 555R2s on rear.

Not sure if u have one or not but the Interchiller witll add 50-70 whp and make ur car a LOT safer to operate..... Jus sayn probably be a good investment in the near future. Shit works incredibly well! Unlike the original "killer chiller" smh.

Put u in the 850 whp range....
