They barely fit. If the AN nut is at the right angle they hit 😂

That’s close, but hey - fitting is fitting

TH400 acquired. Working through getting a flexplate, appropriate crank spacer and a convertor to mate to the transmission.

I don’t plan on ever launching the car higher than 2000 rpm. Pics when it arrives of course 😉

Are you insane? Absolutely. You've been "done" like 1000 times and here you are putting a TH400 in lol

Different car, hellcat is retired, this is a dedicated race car and a different body.

If this short gets 10k views Ill buy a lathe and mass produce these. Plugs for your water pump on the 6.2. Installation video soon.

On a dedicated race car the heater core lines are not needed, also a source of heat underneath the supercharger.

With the 400 you’ll be launching off a transbrake. With the 2-step you can set that to whatever the track condition calls for. Make sure you check out the Motion Raceworks shifter. We’ve had four different shifters (B&M, M&M, Precision, and MR). The MR is the best. The Precision is crap by comparison. I have the M&M in mine and it is nice but if I was starting from scratch it would be the MR.

100% agree this is what I ordered.

Right now im overwhelmed, trying to get a flexplate to work with th400 convertors and not need some machines or weird spacer for the convertor pilot for the crank. Then get a convertor for the stall speed I want. Then I need to finish the rear cradle, get brakes, driveshaft… 🤪

this is what i signed up for so no complaining. 😂

That’s the one you want (as long as you’ve got the clean neutral valve body). Motion Raceworks is a good place to do business with. And they give you a lollipop with every purchase 🤗

I will sell my Coan Engineering Converter and flexplate for $1000 plus the cost of shipping. It’s made for my Hellcat so should bolt right up. Stall is around 4500 and flashes in a instant. Last outing I was leaving on the transbrake with the 2-Step at 2500. It works 👊 6DEB1B42-0A6F-414E-A3D6-CAD206C47B79.jpeg 84E21E6D-2725-4178-BAFE-783BABEBDB73.jpeg

Would I get into any spacing issues with using my JW ultrabell vs your reid housing?

No. The flexplate and converter dimensions are going to be standard. The bell dimensions to place the trans where it needs to be onto the converter are going to be the same. The converter mounting holes are the standard three hole pattern.

The pilot bearing/bushing isn’t a big deal. I shaved down a harbor freight slide hammer attachment to get my m6 one out

Huh? I’m talking about the pilot on the back of the converter that sits in hole in the crank. No bearing needed.

just in case you have never worked with motion before:
  • Order placed 1229
  • Pre ship notification 1700
  • Shipped notification 1933
Item was discounted 6% (debatable as everyone has spiked prices or artificially inflated and then discounted and I dont have historical prices so 🤷🏻‍♂️)
Govx 5% off (always hopeful, never expected)
Free Shipping

Would give it an 11/10 rating, will buy from again. I know @Marc W runs the NRG setup but has anyone tried a motion hub/quick disconnect for the steering wheels, if not NRG will be ordered soon
