I don't have dental coverage. This trip was saving 4 teeth that they didn't want to fix in the states and 1 implant.

Next trip is fixing a bad crown on an implant plus 2 more crowns and 3 implants.

It's beautiful here up in the mountains, food is great and people are friendly towards my gringo self.

He just saved 4 teeth that the locals refused to fix. Put in 1 implant. Had to get the groundwork done before the major work.

I have a crappie crown on an implant and 3 more implants to put in when I come back. I'll also have 2-3 crowns put on.

My mouth hurts just thinking about it. I have a cracked molar (#31) that is scheduled to be pulled in Jan. The one on the opposite side is getting sensitive as well, so likely a root canal + crown on that one in Feb.

Flew in Sunday. Monday morning ct scan and complete x-rays. Monday afternoon 1-2 teeth were fixed. Tuesday morning 2 more teeth were fixed. Tuesday Afternoon the implant was done. Wednesday off. This morning 1 tooth was fixed. Fly back tomorrow, Friday.

When you say 'fixed' what are they doing ? Fillings, root canal/crown work ? I thought the implant stuff took a long time to heal ? Seems like a lot of dental work in just 1 week.

The teeth were broken and starting to decay. Yes, it sounds gross because it is. The implant doesn't get a crown until after 5-6 months.

I'll go back and get a new crown on an existing implant replaced that's not correct, another on the new implant, a new crown on another tooth and 3 implants. This isn't in stone yet so I'll see what he says.

The flight back had a few people on it returning from getting dental work. The quality of work and price in the US is not good.

The kids put Christmas lights on it today and I rode it in the golf cart Christmas parade today. Unfortunately it started pouring rain and I cut it short.
