No doubt that Chargers/Challengers certainly seem to attract a particular demographic that's as long on posturing and acting a jackass as they are short on skill...and sometimes they clash, no pun intended. Mustang crowd similarly gets painted with the same broad brush but not so much Camaro, Corvette, or other muscle/high performance cars.
I was talking to a young man the other day who was admiring mine and has been looking for a wrecked/salvaged Hellcat because that's the only way he can afford one, but a R/T and Scat will get you or an innocent bystander hurt or worse almost as fast as a Hellcat will.
Fortunately insurance companies take that into consideration, I can't imagine what my daughters would pay for their premium with my car, even with a clean driving record...and we know how much they gouge younger males, whether they have it coming or not.
