Totally ridiculous. My guess is they figure if Ford is gonna ask for a six figure base price for the Raptor R they’ll jack up the price of the TRX. Guess they gotta make their money somewhere 🙄

I still think most of the increases are due to dealers being able to sell with huge markups.
Don't tell me Dodge/Ram/Jeep are not looking at those sales and think they are leaving money on the table. They are the ones who badly needed it for new car development.
I don't blame them. Hell, I think if they knew dealers would be selling the Demon 170 for $200k, they would probably put the MSRP at 180k. Pure profit, why not?

You may be right. They might have under priced it initially based on what the market would pay but to jack it up $10,000 with no upgrades to speak of is a bad look IMO. However, they’ve done a great job of pissing their customers off lately so I guess this falls in line with that. 🤷🏼♂️
The former Ram CEO Mike Koval said last year that TRX would live on in its current form until 2024. 2025 TRX's will have hurricanes in them as well as the engine Ram 1500 range. The Durango Hellcat might come back to bite Dodge because now the 2021 owners who have a pending lawsuit against them have way more ammo to support Dodge lying the DHC being a "One year only."

From the mouth of the UAW president. Stellantis is making record profits while selling less vehicles than when they did during the Pandemic... Manufacturer Additional Markups are here!
