I think this is very short sighted of a comment. Facebook business pages can contain a phone number and email address of a contact. In fact it saves on hosting for some sites that can't/don't want to deal with that overhead. They are free.

Can't day, but I did in vent da chiller cooler 2 pass er on to the Aussies. 2 my deefence and a coilege, I have been a chiller mechanic fer 35 ears, pipe fitter, insulater, owner of B & H Insulation, Tampa Bay Mechanical,, ect. If any questions, please ask. Iffer I don't know or complete answer, I have a staff to answer and or different owners. Hell ya da Hickster.

I was offering an option while the site was down. it has since been resolved. not sure I understand the hostility towards anyone for having an issue with a website.

On top of all that, I know for a fact that you know and have spoken with Sumit. That you know he and Charlie link are the owners of IC chiller. So again I ask where the new found hostility toward them comes from?

A certificate and hosting a website are two different things. You cannot get a free certificate or domain name for a website. But yes you can get a free site. The cert expiring is no big deal it happens. Every year a cert has to be renewed. I’m sure he just forgot. I believe summit is an IT guy as well should be no big deal for him to fix.

It's been resolved, it was only down for a short period of time.

Again still makes no sense as I offered a secondary way to get in contact, as the website was down for a very short period of time. honestly its smart to have many different platforms for contact, so that if one is experiencing an issue, customer service wont suffer.

SSL is very cheap along with a domain can easily be added.

Even paid hosting can obtained for 5 a month.
