that 2014 does not make since. It has been 2008 newer no cage until 9.99 for a long time with it being updated for 2014 newer 8.99

if they are following the NHRA rule book
Changes to the Street Legal program will allow racers with 2014 and newer OEM model-year production cars to run as quick as 9.00-seconds and/or 150-mph (5.65-eighth mile). In addition, racers with 2008-2013 OEM model-year cars will still be permitted to run as quickly as 10.00-seconds and/or 135-mph (6.40-eighth mile).

Looks like Mitch driving the Lime Hellcat Charger came in 15th in "Dial Your Own" class.

He did the smart thing and ran a soft 93 tune for the whole event.

He said that he's from up your way and knows Jon.

I think that he did the right thing and ran that tune. It's better than switching or running race gas the whole time. No trailer, just everything in the trunk.
