For what it’s worth, your Challengers are still worth more today than they were 4 years ago.

Well couple of things.

You can't order a charger redeye anymore (banks closed end of march/early april)

2021 redeyes are basically 2022 jailbreaks

A 2022 redeye has very limited options.

Yes prices are wild, you think 100k for a redeye is a lot?

My '22 charger hc wb is about 100k retail, circa 90-95k trade in. My otd was like $76k.

The market is gonna be this bad until the hype for the high end cars dies down.

Urus's, 911 gt3's, etc etc are going for 100k over sticker used because you can't get a hold of them.

A 65-70k base c8 is about 90k+ retail.

The trx's are going from anywhere from 95-125k retail for base through L2 builds, and those you can order for 10k below sticker.

Market is in a bad bad state for high end cars, people in this range have money to burn and paying 10,15,20, etc etc over sticker is no big deal to them.

my 2018 M5 is worth $12000 more than i paid in 2021. its looking like our ice muscle cars are the end of an era, mine only has 12000 miles on it, its a better investment than my IRA. lol

I'm a cheap ass and refuse to even pay sticker price for a new car. Never have never will, much less ADM.

Funny thing is I think some good deals are out there. My dealer for a brand new widebody hellcat had it marked down 6k off sticker. They had it a month and only 1 person of interest and they back out. So they sent it to auction and it went over sticker. The market is falsely inflated I think like @Speedy! said. Things like facebook marketplace are doing this because people see what things are posted for and think that is what it is worth.
My guess my local dealer didn't advertise very well and they aren't located in a very wealthy area so anyone walking in probably loved it but didn't have the money. I didn't hear about it until 2 weeks after they sold it at auction.
