I will say that, when we do fly overs during Summer holiday weekends, I always fly low enough to see if there are any free spirited females out sunbathing on the boats.
I cannot legally say how low that is, but it’s a required check in my opinion.
I haven’t seen it on a stock (forged) wheel, but a friend had a set of Bogart, forged racing wheels in which one had a spoke crack similar to yours. Bogart warrantied it. See if Dodge will warranty yours. That’s a big safety issue.

The wheel in question has stamping. I had 4 such oem wheels from time of car purchase. My rears now are pk 10.5s
Have oem wheels from rear in garage, plus another pair of same oem wheels i bought from forum member a while back. So, my plan now is to put one of those oem pairs up front and call it a day.
Assuming many things, allowing for more, my best guess is that it's simply a bad forging.
Build up of stress and pop goes the weasel.
I'm kind of reading through my eyelids right now and only thinking with one of my two functional/useful brain cells, so I could be missing the obvious.

@JRabq sounds like you have this covered, but just in case I have two extra wheels and a buddy of mine works at Discount Tire so let me know if you run into any issues. Good luck!
