I'd love something like that but could be a handful on a country lane
Any articulated needs HGV licence over here and rigids go by weight regardless of class. Rigid to be under 7500Kg fully laden for car licence or a HGV licence is required and if aged over 45 an annual medical needed (although these are reasonably cheap and easy to have).
A few years ago just for the hell of it I had wondered about getting a tractor unit and removing the 5th wheel so I could drive it on a car licence, you can pick up a euro sleeper with circa 750K miles for sub £5K.
Theres a whole different world of RVs out there, if you have someone drive it to Silverstone or some Euro Grand Prix and then fly in by helicopter then the £450K twin rear axle 40'+ coaches seem ideal or arrive by Rolls Royce and slum it in a converted Mann lorry at £250K+
If I decide on an RV (been contemplating one for years - my day van is great but too small to take my cats away for more than 1 night) then I'll put off the TRX until next year but thats not the end of the world as I'm happy with my Rebel.
