yep...gonna be on the 'ol shoe-leather express.

I'll probably rent a car for a week or so while I continue my search for the next executive transportation.

although.....I did go down to my garage and pulled my mountain bike out of retirement. It's been hanging up on a bike hook, so hopefully the tubes aren't all dry rot and such.

I have had a large number of Expeditions (mostly ELs) and I have to say they are nearly bullet proof. Far better than similar GM products (my in-laws buy these often and have had bad luck with them).

Currently two 2016s. One 2WD with leather and big touch screen etc... for the wife. One 4WD with cloth, the basics, plus a US-made warn winch with receiver hitch mounting front and back with power run to both areas. Need to wax the 4WD. Bad. Just never time any more.

Carvana update day 2.....

Truck is gone.

Guy showed up about 15 minutes late (but he did call ahead plenty and let me know, so I'm good with it).

Gave me my paperwork, which was the same as yesterday. He asked me if I had any questions, and told me I could start signing while he looked over the truck.

He never drove the truck until he pulled it out of my driveway.

Whole process over in about 10 minutes or less. he spent a few minutes getting pics, etc after I went in the house and then he loaded it up on his rollback and drove away.

My recent Carvana experience was a 10/10. YMMV
