Some are baggin groceries ...others sellin pork chops door to door...up here in the northeast with acquisitions ..and consolidations...the banking industry has gone through some serious changes..big money jobs..gone...and by the time I was 20...I never gave a fuck what anybody thinks of me...

BTW, I find FMJ to be one of the finest movies ever made. (Stanley Kubrick - what a talent) The iron pot with the target on the side makes me laugh. I won't be hanging out around the camera man. Always some fellow on the other side with a sense of humor who'll take you at your word.

But - back on the topic of discussion: there are three dealers in the running now, all Texas. Unfortunately, there has been a crisis in a case I am handling (and a lot of regular work) that is preventing me from taking the time to sit down and work this out with them.

Maybe we can use the stimulus as the deposit?

The company I work for has special deals with lots of different companies, and one of them is Chrysler, so I potentially have the ability to get special pricing here . . . if your company has deals like this with other companies, you may want to check on that, and then see if the potential dealers you have on your list participate in those agreements . . .

But more seriously, had a dealer today (the GM) tell me that the Durango HC can't be ordered, that they're doing allocations by dealer?! I thought that was long ago tossed aside and we were at one years production, but not limits, they'll build everything ordered. Is that not right?

They are partially right--the Durango Hellcat sure as hell CAN be ordered, because I ordered one, so that part is wrong, but the part about allocations is correct . . . my dealership was given two allocations . . .
