I won’t say where it came from yet, but it’s on a Demon170 and there is more than 1 of them.

A nut locking tab on the rear suspension?

It’s the stock limiter plate, as shown in those instructions. They’re removed when you install the lockouts. Good job Linda!
Were you asking a serious question or just saying you did the lockout lol

Maybe, he was saying he has a Demon170. 🤔

BMR Cradle Lockout Bushings.

Look in these instructions. SCB110.pdf (bmrsuspension.com)

I bet @DGatzby would know about this!
I see he blew thru it to remove it.😝 I definitely recognize that little pain.

That little job is such a PIA, I’ll admit I paid others to bust mine out on both Hellcats.

It’s such an awkward looking piece. And unless you’re doing work on your cradle, largely unnoticed.
I don’t have a 170, but my buddy Jeff is going fast with his.

So your Buddy has a Demon170. Wouldn't the AAD parts be the better choice? Or did BMR step up and built stronger parts?

BMR are one of the few companies that make that lock out kit. AAD makes the adjustable suspension components (Great pieces btw) but not those limiter plates. And yes, in my experience they were not hard, but a pita to remove, had to drill mine out like in the photo. Breaker bar alone was not doing the job.

As, I look around and including you I see that the AAD and BMR are combo's people use.

Linda, I never bothered with power mods, I just want to get the power to the ground as efficiently as possible without breaking things. Almost all of my mods have that goal in mind.

You didn't do it right, breaker bar works fine. The bolt has to be in so it doesn't flex and they pop off. Loosen bolt but don't remove and pry them off.
They have something to do with lining up the bushing when they are installed in the cradle

Guess I’ll save that little tidbit for the next time. Thanks vortecd.
