update on radio perf pages not working and dealer said cant update due to pcm being modded

anyone ran into this issue and figured how to update it ,I downloaded into the usb thumb drive and when I insert it it doesn't even recognize it

So you are saying the tune has prevented any updates to the head unit / performance pages software? That's a new one on me, but I would not be too surprised about it.

I did notice its n its not recognizing that the usb is even plugged in and the sd card doesn't show up either then the sd card showed up but still no usb ,and to top it off the performance pages just started working again wtf ,,@meancat just because you put from the ruff doesn't mean we do i think the hub in the center console is not working properly ill check into that

the performance pages asre working now ,when I plug my phone in the hub it charges but on the screen the usb icon shows its not on

Try pulling the fuses in the rear for a bit (37 & 38 I think) and then rebooting the screen?

it never updated it was a firmware update I think but at least its working
