This doesn’t surprise me one bit! You obviously have not seen the management structure in these companies! They have way more than double the required management than what is needed. They also do this after every contract!
The last plant I was in there was one trades manager for every three tradesmen on the floor, then there was an area manager for every two trades managers then you had a shift trades manager and a plant trades manager. So each tradesman had as many as four bosses telling him what to do at any given time! My god it was a pain in the ass and that didn’t involve any production, line bosses or leads either.
Current plant is just as bad but reversed, production is like that, managers upon managers upon managers and they all think they’re the one in charge!
I only have three too answer to on a daily basis!
