What torque spec is everyone using when swapping Metco pulley rings? Couldn’t find anything online, so installed mine to 5 ft/lbs (~ 60 in/lbs). Sound about right?

Finally put together the right combination of search words and found the info - quoted from Rick @ Metco:

“While 'tighten securely by feel' works well for both the ring bolts and the cover bolt, some installers prefer to have a target torque number. We suggest about 85-90 in/lbs for the (6) ring bolts and 55-65 in/lbs for the pulley cover bolt. Use the provided blue threadlocker on the threads of the ring bolts and on threads of the single pulley cover bolt. The ring bolts need a 3/16" allen bit and the cover bolt is 5/32". We prefer an allen bit that fits a ratchet, rather than an allen key to tighten these fasteners.”

Hopefully this helps others out.
