Interested in the chrome one, does it replace the stock one or does it stick over it ?

OK, does the grill have to be removed or can get to it from under the covers under the hood ?
And is that a chrome finish or brushed nickel look ? hard to tell from pics.

The one brushed chrome in appearance is really painted. It’s the OEM badge from my 2019 Redeye. It clips in but I suggest using a little double back tape just to be sure it stays in place.
