Hasn't this always been the case? I was told by the dealer that Dodge has been taking a much harder stance on mods for some time now.

Hasn't this always been the case? I was told by the dealer that Dodge has been taking a much harder stance on mods for some time now.

Dodge came out and said that the car was tuned and then it was reversed.
