Catch can

Ordered a catch can for my hellcall and 6.4 300… thoughts!

I have on one my 19 HC.
I don't see it being a "Need" if you're just daily driving.
Every time I go to empty it, it's only got about a tablespoon of oil in it.

My Scat Pack would accumulate oil but the one on my Hellcat probably hasn't collected more than 3-4 ounces in 9600 miles.

So it’s safe to say there are no negatives (codes,oil pressure etc).

As long as it’s installed correctly and you occasionally empty it, totally safe.

Zero downside, anything it catches is good - oil does not belong in the intact tract! Does it catch it all, probably not. Is it absolutely required - depends on how you're using the engine/car.

I added one but mostly just as a car show or cars and coffee add on.

I'm probably going to put mine back on for shits and giggles for the car shows. It never had more than a teaspoon of oil in it.
