I'm hoping the courts reign in federal agencies using rule making to create law. If Congress did not enumerate it explicitly, they should not be able to do it.

A presidential veto...will be a very unpopular ..with alotta people..especially as this EV crap crumbles..this could end up being a huge re election issue as we get closer to Nov,
