Well, not sure what to say, "Awesome" and "I bloody love it" doesn't quite cover it

Just what I was hoping for and more, practical comfy car with character that goes well, perhaps a little under exaggerated. I had been a bit worried it might seem a bit small but size is fine.

Been taking it easy as doing the run in, can quite remember what delivery miles were on it but a bit more than the usual, so today now covered 400 miles and refuelled ready for tomorrow.

Looks great in black, but its already a bit dusty and got my finger prints on it , must hold only the door handle .

Lots of things I likely haven't noticed but loads of nice touches, like the car silhouette in the windscreen, just shows how much thought went in. Oh and how lovely is the underside of the bonnet and the engine bay, all smooth, I didn't appreciate it on internet pictures.

Called at the tuning shop to show them, they were very impressed, they liked the belt width and using proper metal clamps everywhere and remarked that it looked better built/finished than the Japanese models they specialise in.

I didn't want to come indoors but it was 8pm and I was hungry so brought the book in and going have a read of that shortly. I fiddled with the custom settings and put it in sport mode but noticed the traction control off light came on so left that alone for the time being until I get a feel for it. Can't wait to give it some serious throttle.

Paddles are different than others I've had too, goes out of manual mode on its own so will read about how that works. EDIT - I'd just been using the paddles and so was only in temporary mode so will use the stick tomorrow for permanent manual, other car I've had with paddles just has the permanent mode whether stick or paddle activated.

Need to have a read about the auto high beam too, not had that on a car before and it wouldn't stay on and I got a message in the centre. EDIT - going to switch this off, think it was confused by a relatively light sky and I wanted main beam to be sure to spot wildlife in dark hedge rows at side of road.

Lots of looks on the M25 round London, its unusual plus the 70 in the number plate indicates its new September 2020. Will probably go fairly unnoticed near home as I live near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath so theres lots of US cars about.

I've had some really nice cars before but this one is up at the top of the list. I'll decide once run in and driven properly but for street driving I'm not sure theres any point in keeping my GTR.

Congratulations!

And knowing you didn't have a choice, I like how the front plate somewhat blends in with the stripes and being "frameless" makes it a little better too.

Smashing! Do watch out turning the traction control off. This kitty will bite you if you give it a chance!

Ahh, keep the damn thing off, keep in custom, learn how it works when you need the sport. Unless it is wet. That will get you into a curb. Then go to track and work with that every once in a while. A fun car.

Great car...handsome colors and a strong performer that will stand out from the crowd.

I read your post and smiled. You waited for your car to cross the pond and I did the same...took delivery of a Jaguar F Pace SVR Saturday...like 2 ships passing in the night with examples of our countries performance vehicles on board..

Enjoy and congratulations!

Thanks everyone for the compliments, going for a drive again today (with traction control on at the moment).

Congratulations!

:)
Nearly left it off as going to change the plates to a custom number at some point but stuck it on at the last minute, was pleased with the look of it on the stripes too.

Wow, that sounds like an unusual thing to do, the SVR is definitely the one to go for, hope you're pleased.

PS. I'm a girl :)
