What brand?
How much?$
Still need it for day to day usage. Weight savings would be a plus.

I have the Arc Angel lithium battery, 10 year warranty, 17 lbs., $400 is what I paid, not sure how much they are now, good battery.

No problem, I have had no issue with the battery, have had it over a year now, me & 2 other buddy's have this battery & 1 had a issue with it can't remember what it was but they replaced it & has not had a problem since.

Dead Batteries can be annoying but I just cant justify spending $400+ for one of the lithium batteries. Arent they pro rated anyway? It’s not like it will be a free replacement in 9 years if they are pro rated. Let us know what you end up with.

The new AA battery is now $800, was $400 that I paid, it is a full 10 year warranty not prorated.
But at $800 now, I wouldn't pay that, glad I got mine when I did.

The only way I could ever justify $800 or even $400 would be if I was racing and was looking to cut every possible ounce out. I mean $800?? I can buy a new battery every three years for 15 years for that kind of cash.
